The light source of bulb is provide by custom LED chip G-XP CREE, developed for maximum luminous flux and exact directing a light. Thanks to miniature size of LED chips was possible to put multiple chips in one place for multiplying amound of light.
Geometry of LED bulb is like a halogen lamp, source of light is in the same position for both type bulbs, what means, that after installing bulb in to headlight, light source is in ideal focal point. Body of bulb is made by firm and light Aerial Aluminum, cooper vapor chamber core transfer heat from chip away. Cooling is provide by fan, which push air through aluminium cooler ribs on bulb body and dissipates heat to surrounding. The electronics or “brain” of the bulb is separated from the body, which protects it from excessive heat load and extend the life of the whole unit.
